I recently took a survey about fan vidding and it reminded me how long it has been since I vidded. I didn't even know how to find all of my vids!
So I decided to make a master list.

I like slow, relatively long character stories.
Not most people's cup of tea, but I enjoy them, and in the end I suppose that's what matters most.

Here there are. I have no idea how both of these ended up being exactly four minutes thirteen seconds long.

Everyone in the Sherlock Fandom had to take a breath just to soak in the data from two new episodes after two years of waiting. Now the new works are starting to come out. Here are some videos based on Season 3 of Sherlock.

Vidding mostly involves making music videos of fan shows. Some are just illustrations of fan works, and some have themes or explore character. Some even change the stories or characters to new alternate forms, but I find some of the most interesting works are when someone uses video clips to tell a story that is new.

Exile Vilify by felixfelicius was one such story.
It told of John's sadness after the fall and how Sherlock was in town trying not to be seen while still watching over John.

Fandom is a form of communication and not simply imitation. Yes the elements come from the show, but the ideas and the actions are creating something new.
